Terms & Conditions

QuickFix is a marketplace that enables: (a) Customers to discover and book home and related services and purchase products from stores; (b) Service Providers to offer services, manage bookings, track journeys, and receive payouts; and (c) Store Partners to list products and fulfil orders. QuickFix is an intermediary under applicable Indian law and is not the employer of independent providers or stores unless expressly stated in writing.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Providers and stores may be required to complete KYC / document verification before listing or receiving payouts. We may suspend accounts pending verification or for policy violations.

• Bookings and purchases are contracts primarily between you and the relevant provider or store. The Platform facilitates discovery, scheduling, payments, tracking, and support tools.
• Prices, taxes, coupons, and fees shown at checkout (including payment gateway charges where applicable) form part of your order. Payment is processed via authorised payment partners (e.g. Razorpay).
• For scheduled services, you must be reachable at the service address, confirm arrival when requested, and share completion OTPs only with the assigned provider for that booking.
• Live location tracking of a provider (if enabled for a booking) is for fulfilment safety and ETA only. Misuse of tracking data is prohibited.
• Custom service requests and out-of-range booking requests are subject to provider acceptance and these Terms.
• Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You represent that you are legally permitted to offer the services you list, hold any required licences, and will perform work in a professional, safe, and non-discriminatory manner.
• You must keep availability, pricing, service descriptions, and location information accurate. Misleading listings may be removed.
• Paid service bookings may hold your earnings in escrow until fulfilment steps are completed (arrival confirmation, completion OTP, or equivalent Platform rules).
• You must mark arrival and complete jobs within Platform workflows. Failure to mark "I have arrived" within the configured arrival grace period after the scheduled start may result in strikes and, after the configured limit, monetary penalties deducted from your wallet or future releases, as set by Platform admin settings.
• Journey / live GPS sharing (where enabled) may only be started within the allowed window and must be used solely for that booking. Do not spoof location.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC status, available balance (excluding withheld escrow), and admin review. Taxes on your income are your responsibility unless we are required by law to deduct TDS or similar.
• Commission, subscription, or registration fees (if applicable to your account) are disclosed in-product or at registration and are non-refundable except where required by law or our refund policy.

• You must have the right to sell the products you list, ensure descriptions and images are accurate, and comply with applicable packing, labelling, and consumer laws in India.
• Orders must be fulfilled promptly. Repeated non-fulfilment or quality issues may lead to suspension.
• Settlements, commissions, coupons, taxes, and withdrawals follow Platform wallet and admin rules. You remain responsible for GST and other tax registrations applicable to your business.
• Store images, categories, and KYC documents must not infringe third-party rights or contain illegal content.

Payments are collected through licensed payment gateways. Escrow / pending earnings for services, penalty wallets, and withdrawals operate as described in the product and admin configuration. We may reverse, hold, or adjust amounts for fraud, chargebacks, duplicate payouts, or policy breaches. Currency is Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

• No illegal, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, or discriminatory conduct.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with Platform security or other users.
• No posting of false reviews, fake bookings, or manipulated ratings.
• No use of another person's identity documents for KYC.

Platform branding, software, and content (excluding your uploaded listings and documents) belong to QuickFix or its licensors. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display your listings, images, and business information to operate the marketplace.

Services and products are provided by independent third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, QuickFix is not liable for quality of workmanship, product defects, delays caused by providers/stores, or disputes between users, except where we fail to exercise reasonable care as an intermediary or as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory law. Our aggregate liability related to the Platform for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the preceding three (3) months, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable).

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal risk, non-payment, or inactive/fraudulent accounts. You may stop using the Platform and request account closure subject to open orders, escrow, and outstanding penalties or debts.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts having jurisdiction at Anand, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You may also use our Grievance Redressal process.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app or email notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
